At the helm is our Venezuelan–Italian chef, whose culinary journey bridges continents and generations. Trained in the classics yet driven by innovation, he crafts recipes found nowhere else. Picture a Reina Pepiada elevated with yellowfin tuna, Japanese mayo, and citrus zest—or an arepa infused with smoked paprika and filled with slow-roasted vegetables marinated in aged balsamic.
